Not exactly sure why this exists, but here’s a wacky weather report from last May featuring a Bonjour/Bon Voyage Rilakkuma dancing in the background:
From my minimal understanding of what on earth is going here, I think this is just a weather report show with people dancing around and bright colors; this one just happens to also have Rilakkuma?
Admittedly, this way more exciting than my local weather report.

So cute! What’s bizarre though is that it’s not in Japanese – it’s Chinese (I think!). I didn’t know Rilakkuma was so popular in other parts of Asia.
You’re right! So puzzling to see Rilakkuma dancing around a Chinese weather forecast – so far away from his home!
I even checked the rest of that youtube channel a little, and didn’t see Rilakkuma dancing anywhere else so hahaha I have no idea how this video happened!
