Hello, and long time no see! I just finished my last day of medical school on Friday so I’m free to relax until graduation and internship in internal medicine!
Look forward to more Rilakkuma posts in the upcoming weeks (I have a TON to share), but in the meantime, if you’re in the LA area next week, check out this amazing Rilakkuma event at IT’SUGAR Universal City Walk… that I totally can’t go to because I’m all the way here in Florida, but hope you can so that you can tell me all about it!

What: To celebrate the arrival of its new expanded selection of Rilakkuma merchandise, IT’SUGAR at Universal City Walk is hosting an in-store event to introduce fans to the collection and provide them with the chance to meet Rilakkuma himself (!!!). In addition to receiving a commemorative photo with Rilakkuma, attendees can shop Rilakkuma product, indulge in some sweet treats and get the chance to win some totally awesome swag. Freebies and giveaways will be available for the first fans in line.
When: Saturday March 11, 2017, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

I hope they have some special Rilakkuma candies since it’s at IT’SUGAR, which specializes in cute and innovative candies!
I swear, one day I will get to go to one of these amazing events! But if you’re like me and can’t go, the Rilakkuma North America Facebook page will be holding a Facebook Live event at the same time—I will be watching, and I hope you will, too!

Hello! Haven’t talked in a while but hope you’re well! Just reporting my experience at the It’s Sugar Rilakkuma Meet and Greet at City walk! Amazing! Not a ton of people but I went around 1:45pm. In order to get the goodie bag you have to purchase a rilakkuma item and be one of the first 200 people to buy something. Luckily I was able to get a good bag after buying a plush Korilakkuma!
